If the Zero option was available it’s what this business would receive. I see that this business has received a few good reviews and I hope your experience follows that and not ours. A complete lack of professionalism shown for communication and respecting deadlines. They were given 14 days to finalize a pre- approved mortgage and 24 hours prior to deadline changed the terms, ie. Mortgage rate, percentage down and amount requested. None of this was communicated to us prior and they did not respond to the real estate agent dealing with the sale. Thankfully I had reached out to our bank 72 hours prior because of the lack of communication and they came through with EXACTLY what our expectations were. Please if you deal with this company have a back up option ready to go and also to verify the numbers they provide.
